If the item that you have been gifted was purchased from us direct we can process a discreet gift exchange or credit in the form of Frugi vouchers. Please note that we cannot process exchanges for different items, only different sizes of the same item.
Please post the item back to us, and include a note, the note needs to contain:
- The details of the person that bought the gift, the order number is ideal, but we can also search our system using their address, full name or email address (so we can find the order in our system).
- Your details (so we know who to send the exchanged items or Frugi vouchers to)
- If you'd like it to be done discreetly, without notifying the purchaser, this needs to be really clear on the note please!
- Please clearly write "Gift Return" on the note too.
When posting a package back to us, we always recommend holding onto the postage receipt, just in case the package gets delayed or lost on the way back to us.
Unfortunately we won't be able to arrange an exchange or credit for you unless we can access the original order on our system.
