Oops! Ordered the wrong thing? Unfortunately we can't make any changes to the items on your order once it has been placed, sorry about that! This really comes down to standard security measures that are built in to systems like the one we have to process orders. Once an order is placed, a security token is created to stop any items from being changed. If we were to change items, the system wouldn't process your order!
However, if your order hasn't been despatched yet, we can remove items from the order, or if it's a real no-go we can cancel your order completely. If you would like us to see if either of these options are possible, send an email to email@example.com as soon as you can with your order number, and our friendly customer service team will look into this for you. Please note that because of how our system operates we aren't able to remove single items from orders that are being delivered outside of the UK, the only change that we can make is to cancel the entire order.
If you've already received a despatch notification from us, unfortunately it is too late to cancel anything from your order, it's left us and it's on its way.
