You can reach out to us via live chat, when our team is online and available to chat the chat icon will appear in the bottom right hand side of our website. During busy times you will enter a queue and will be able to see your position is the queue, our Customer Service Team will respond to you as quickly as they can. If they aren't able to help while you are speaking on chat and need the advice of another Frugi Team, they can convert the chat conversion to email and will keep you updated via email.
You can ping an email over to info@welovefrugi.com, we aim to reply to all emails within two working days. If you are emailing about a particular order, please do include the order number, this will ensure that our Customer Service Team will be able to find the order in our system. It is no problem at all if you can't find your order number, if you confirm the email address that is linked to your Frugi account and your postcode we should be able to find your order. If you are emailing about a problem with an item you have received, please do include a picture where possible.
