You should receive your confirmation email within a couple of hours of placing your order, however they do usually come through almost instantly. If you haven't received a confirmation email we always recommend taking a look in your junk folder, they have been known to sneak in there!
The most common cause of a confirmation email not coming through is when the 'checkout as guest' option has been selected and an incorrect email address entered. If you can remember the typo please do let our Customer Service Team know what the typo was and they'll be able to search our system for your order. No worries if you can't remember a typo, if you pop over the delivery address linked to your order we should be able to find your order in our system.
If you were logged into your Frugi account when you placed you order, it will appear in the 'My Orders' section of your account, you'll be able to keep an eye on the progress of the order from here.
